This service is required for cleaning living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Of course, if there are other rooms that are to be added to the list it'll be for an extra charge.

This service is to help clean before the resident moves in, basically a deep clean. 

This service if to help clean after the resident has moved out. A deep clean basically. 

Any additional rooms added to the list or if only requesting to clean that room will be required to pay an additional fee.
